With our practical returns solution, your machine is collected free of charge by a logistics partner directly from you and sent to our Service Centre.

It's that simple:

  1. Enter the necessary data and information in the form below and click on "Request PickUpService and Return Label".
    Fields marked with * are mandatory.

  2. Print out the e-mail you receive and place it in the box with the defective machine (our logistics partner will bring the return label).

  3. The parcel will be picked up by the parcel carrier on the next working day (if the order is placed before 16.00 hrs.)
